What do you need from us to get started?

Before we begin, you’ll complete a short onboarding form. I’ll ask for any existing materials, a little background on your brand, and your goals for the project. No need to overprepare — I’ll guide you through everything.

Can you build on our existing logo or brand assets?

Absolutely. If there are elements that still resonate with your audience, we can evolve them into a refreshed, cohesive identity. We’ll decide together what to keep, refine, or reimagine.

What’s included in the Brand Strategy & Visual Identity package?

You’ll get a full strategic foundation (positioning, messaging, tone of voice) and a complete visual system (logo suite, typography, colors, brand guidelines) ready for both print and digital applications.

Will our whole team be involved in the process?

That’s up to you. You can nominate one main contact or involve your wider team in the early brand strategy sessions. I recommend including decision-makers early on to keep things clear and smooth.

How long does the process take?

Most Brand Strategy & Identity projects take around 4–6 weeks from project kickoff, depending on scope and responsiveness.

Will you help us with implementation after the brand is done?

You’ll work directly with me — a senior designer and strategist — not a rotating team of juniors. I combine agency-level strategy with the speed, flexibility, and personal care of an independent studio.
